Dysfunction of the foot, places abnormal stresses on the leg pelvis and spine

Bring your feet back to life

How to use the foot roller:

Place your foot against the lip and roll your foot from heel to toes and back again at a steady pace (whatever is comfortable for you and as many times as you wish). Then place your other foot on it and repeat the process. As a minimum guide, use for between 40 and 60 seconds on each foot.
Turn the roller over so that the lip is against the other side of your foot, and repeat the process. This will ensure that the muscles and tendons get a full and complete stretch in both directions. You can repeat this process as many times as you like.

Using the foot roller whilst in a standing position allows you to place more pressure through the leg and foot. This allows the muscles in your foot to be stretched more fully. Try and keep the roller under your feet, and do not move the leg too far forward or backward, in case the roller slips out.
