Using the foot roller whilst in a standing position allows you to place more pressure through the leg and foot. This allows the muscles in your foot to be stretched more fully. Try and keep the roller under your feet, and do not move the leg too far forward or backward, in case the roller slips out. Click on this link to see a clip of the flexifeet roller being used.
Special Notes: Ideally the foot roller is best used on carpet or similar floor covering, Hard surfaces, such as wood or laminate, may cause the foot roller to slip. Non slip mats can also be bought from this web site. The foot roller can be cleaned using any antiseptic fluid or wipes
