STRESSFREE is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists and has professionally qualified massage therapists who can offer a choice of treatments, from Sports Massage to Indian Head and Neck Massage.

Treatment can reduce muscle stiffness and speed up the removal of toxins which cause fatigue and can aid the recovery process from injury. It helps relieve stress and tension along with many other benefits, which together produce a higher level of performance in sport and all round a healthier body and mind

Treatments

Pilates
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles of the body and rebalances muscle groups bringing the body into correct postural alignment. Pilates balances strength with flexibility and increases stamina and coordination.
